Monthly Memberships:

Choose from 1, 2 or 3 workouts per week. Our program is built on a small group share principle: The more people train the more affordable it gets! But class size is limited to 6 people to make sure you get the most out of each workout. Prices range between $15 and $30 per session. Easy to find out, just email me for the current rate!

If you’re new make sure you drop in for a Free trial!

Private & Semi-private Training is available per hour or as a package of 5 or 10 sessions. We welcome you partnering up with a friend, partner or co-worker for no additional feeshare the workout & the cost! Email me for details.
